Responsibilities:

Design and Planning:

• Develop and implement landscape plans that enhance the hotel's aesthetics and functionality.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate landscape designs into overall property plans.
• Ensure the designs are sustainable and environmentally friendly.

Landscaping & Irrigation:

• Coordinate projects with vendors and team members, ensuring efficient execution.
• Manage equipment inventory and procurement, preparing proposals for management approval.
• Support team recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Prioritize landscaping tasks such as fertilizing, irrigating, seeding, and mowing according to site needs.
• Assess project requirements and propose effective solutions for plant selection and design.
• Maintain accurate "as-built" drawings and collaborate on project planning and budgeting.
• Oversee vendor selection and subcontractor management for landscape contracts.
• Establish and maintain high standards for plant care and environmental sustainability.

Indoor and Outdoor Plants:

• Manage inventory and procurement of plants and materials, preparing proposals as needed.

• Supervise plant care, including watering, fertilizing, and pruning.
• Schedule maintenance based on guest schedules and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Verify and approve third-party documentation.

Innovation and Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in landscaping and horticulture.
• Implement new techniques and practices to enhance the property’s landscape.
• Continuously seek ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the landscape maintenance operations.

• To approach the overall Wholesale market segment for the Anantara Sales Cluster from a strategic perspective:
  • Ensure that the team fully understands the relative importance and priority of its current account base, and prioritizes its efforts accordingly.
  • Ensure that the department is focused on assertively establishing new client contacts and developing detailed information on the potential revenues from these accounts.
  • Continually review the actual production of each account against the potential for that account.  Continually review and upgrade the client base.
  • Assign individual account responsibilities and targets with reference to the above points.  Keep account responsibility under continual review
• To manage the Wholesale team:
  • Set the financial objectives for each member of the team and manage them to ensure these objectives are met.
  • Ensure that all new team members are properly oriented in the strategy and positioning of the Anantara brand, and able to articulate this positioning in the marketplace.
  • Ensure that all members of the team have the appropriate face-to-face selling skills to successfully do their job.
  • Manage the performance of team members, identify gap in skills necessary to perform their duties and recommend programmes to meet the skills requirements of the team.
• General department operations
  • Maintain accurate management status reporting on business results, and associated action planning.
  • Ensure all sales people maintain a personal up-to-date knowledge on all Anantara product and service offerings, including promotions.  In addition, to be familiar with the products, services, rates new developments of our key competitors.

You will support the overall cleanliness office area and Beverage of the Preview Centre Department to maximize guest satisfaction, team member performance and business results. Your key duties and responsibilities are to promote and ensure guest satisfaction by greeting guests and accopamy them to the table and inform the Preview Centre teams.

As a Vacation Consultant (VC) at Anantara Vacation Club (AVC), your primary responsibility is to conducting Club Presentations for guests. Throughout your interactions with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders, maintaining professionalism, integrity, and quality is paramount. AVC will provide comprehensive training to ensure you are well-versed in AVC’s Club Points Ownership and understand all relevant legal guidelines, compliance rules, and presentation policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve the required targets, effectively and in a professional and honest manner.
• Deliver Club Presentations consistently and accurately, including:
  • Be an active and punctual participant in all presentations and trainings,
  • Keep presentations and any other materials current,

You will implement the daily work schedule, to handle planned maintenance and respond to guest requests and emergency situations and to check air conditioning, water, fire safety systems of the hotel and maintain them according to required standards as well as to work with other operational departments in the effective performance of their duties. You will manage the Engineering department, ensuring the efficient running of the all hotel facilities, including all fire and life safety equipment and systems. It will be your responsibility to plan and manage all preventative maintenance work, new projects, extensions, and renovations. You will be involved in preparing the Engineering budget for the property, and will provide the Engineering knowledge for the hotel strategic and operational plans. You will monitor energy usage in the hotel, and implement initiatives to conserve energy wherever possible.

The Telemarketings Executive is responsible for inviting guests to invite attend a personal preview of our onsite sales gallery and offer a discounted holiday discovery package.

The Telemarketings Executive will represent Anantara in a courteous, enthusiastic and diligent manner. All guests that are invited on a holiday package preview will be required to attend a 90 minute sales presentation on the benefits of shared ownership with Anantara Vacation Club. It will be the Telesales Executive’s responsibility to ensure that each guest clearly understands the offer and is qualified to attend the presentation.
