This role will be based in Jakarta. This role will closely support our dealer financing business, and will be responsible for (i) the successful nationwide rollout of the GPS Tracking program during the implementation phase; and (ii) subsequent ongoing operations of the GPS Tracking program. As a UX Writer, you will be in charge of designing the communication throughout our digital products by collaborating with product management, engineering, and data teams. Collaborating with product designers, you will navigate the end-to-end design process, from understanding and defining the problem scoping, translating it to a copy/communication intent, exploring the alternatives of copy solutions, gathering necessary feedback for the proposed solutions, handover to the development team, safeguarding the copy implementation, and tracking the performance of the copy design. You will initiate necessary processes on your own and demonstrate strong practices in expected design competencies with minimal supervision while helping mentor other more junior writers to elevate their crafts as well.

Responsibilities

• Work with product designers and product managers to translate user needs and business requirements into a high quality design solution that drives great outcomes and impact.

Moladin is seeking a talented and experienced Senior IT Auditor to join their team. The Senior IT Auditor will be instrumental in helping Moladin achieve this goal by performing audits of the company's IT systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and identify areas for improvement. Responsibilities

• Perform the required IT audits of the organization as an individual or working in a team, following both established department standards and the Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Audit established by the IIA.
• Perform IT general and application controls review leveraging on strong technical knowledge of various technology applications, operating systems, databases, network and infrastructure to evaluate controls design and operating effectiveness.

• Relevant IT audit and preferably business expertise and technical knowledge in one or more of the following areas: IT general Controls, Application controls, IT Networks, IT infrastructure, databases, middleware, microservices, interface connection, cyber security, IT development processes, cloud computing.
• Have experience and/or knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGCs), IT GRC, IT Risk, information processing controls and IT related controls.
• Have basic knowledge of Windows operating system, database management , Odoo ERP, electronic signature and document management tools such as PandaDoc, DocuSign, VIDA.
• Have experience and basic knowledge in performing data analytics using data analytics tools, such as: Metabase, Tableau, AirFlow, Google Studio.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with TechLead to support the achievement of quality engineering OKR.
• Provide hands-on support to SDET members in squads to resolve any blockers.
• Regularly monitor test progress, test coverage, and related quality metrics to develop a plan for improving competencies of team members.
• Ensure the successful implementation of company testing tools within squads.
• Participate in discussions to determine changes in the company's quality process.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to be a technical resource while also being involved in managerial activities.
• Align and prioritize between product delivery and quality engineering OKR.

• Preferred experience in financial services, Payment, Loyalty services and Industrial with OpenAPI features.
• More than 2 years of experience in software testing, with at least 1 year in software test automation.
• Have a minimum of 1 year of experience leading a team in a related field.
• Able to fluently use SQL queries.
• Demonstrate ability to do separation of API Tests and UI Tests.
• Experience in web and mobile application testing using test automation frameworks such as Cypress, WebdriverIO, Playwright or any Javascript Test Automation Tools.
• Familiar with test management tools such as Allure TestOps, JIRA, or TestRail.
• Exposure to the Agile development process, CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, and cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of software performance and security testing is a plus.
• Knowledge of basic Kubernetes, docker, Firebase, and NoSQL is a plus.
