Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidate follow-ups.
Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract candidates and promote the company's culture.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
