• Lead the development and implementation of the company’s regulatory and sustainability strategies in line with corporate goals and compliance requirements.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the organization, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies, industry associations, and stakeholders to promote the company’s interests and navigate regulatory landscapes.
• Develop and execute sustainability initiatives that align with business objectives, enhance the company's environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance, and promote sustainable practices across the organization.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management and the board, highlighting regulatory compliance status, sustainability metrics, and strategic recommendations.
• Conduct training and workshops to educate employees on regulatory requirements and sustainability practices within the company.
• Lead the preparation of sustainability reports and disclosures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant frameworks and standards.
• Collaborate with various departments to integrate sustainability into business operations and decision-making processes.
• Benchmark against industry best practices to continuously improve regulatory compliance and sustainability performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Regulatory Affairs, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in regulatory affairs, sustainability, or compliance roles, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sector.
• Strong understanding of local and international regulatory frameworks, environmental policies, and sustainability reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Location: Karawaci, Tangerang.

Job Descriptions :

• Assist in gathering data and update employee names in the organization structure
• Support the revision and standardization of HC business process document formats
• Assist in creating flowcharts to illustrate their business processes using Ms. Visio
• Help to update the job descriptions and ensure they are aligned with the organizational structure & function
• Design and create informative posters related to HC policies, programs, or initiatives

Requierements :

1. Active college student or fresh graduate in a relevant field (Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or other related disciplines)
2. Have basic knowledge of HC management and organizational development concepts
3. Have good logical thinking & analytical skills to understand existing hc business process
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
5. Administration skills using Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
6. Preferred: have experience with flow chart or process mapping using Microsoft Visio
7. Domicile in Tangerang / South Tangerang area
