1. Understand sparepart products (tyre & oil) and the automotive / trucking industry in Indonesia 

2.  Indentify and prospect potential B2B customers in the logistics, rentals, fleet management and other relevant business 

3. Have a deep understanding of our tire and oil spare parts products

4. Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts with B2B clients to maximize sales opportunity and profitability 

5. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to B2B customers and address any logistics-related issues or concerns

1. Overseeing the procurement, merchandising, and inventory management of truck spare parts to ensure optimal stock levels, product quality, and product assortment

2. Develop close relationship with suppliers, distributors, and related business to execute strategies to assess merchandising needs and provide recommendations

3. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position our products in the market

4. Act as a liaison between the company and B2B customers, addressing any merchandising-related inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner

5. Transfer product knowledge to sales team and collaborate to achieve sales target

Job Description

• Create and execute a strategic sales plan for field sales that expands our customer base and extends the company's sales achievement.
• Lead a team of field sales representatives, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.
• Monitor field sales performance by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress.
• Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
• Conduct interviews with field sales candidates, set objectives, train and coach them (together with our Sales Trainers), and monitor their performances.
• Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them.
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.

• Drive awareness, consideration, acquisition, and engagement across all digital channels.
• Designing and overseeing all aspects of digital marketing including website, SEM, SEO, Email Marketing, Performance Marketing & social media, organic and paid campaigns.
• Designing digital and social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
• Implementing and monitoring digital and social media campaigns by regularly tracking, measuring, and revising campaigns based on performance to optimize ROI.
• Responsible for tracking and reporting on digital programs and platforms, including social media pages and paid campaigns, website traffic, email marketing, blog traffic, and SEO performance.
• In collaboration with the creative team, provide direction/brief to create interesting and relevant content for social media, company blogs, company website, and any other digital platforms in line with the organization’s overall brand and communication strategy.
• Manage day-to-day digital marketing operations, as well as BAU and paid campaign budgets and schedules.
• Coordinating with agency partners to brief and monitor to improve digital marketing results.
