1. Melakukan panggilan telpon (cold calling) ke calon konsumen/pelanggan yang di dapat dari sistem database perusahaan
2. Melakukan penjualan dari tahap cold calling, produk presentasi, negosiasi dan close deal dengan melalui media telpon dan online conference call
3. Mengumpulkan informasi terkait calon pelanggan secara menyeluruh agar dapat mengerti solusi produk yang tepat untuk ditawarkan kepada calon pelanggan tersebut
4. Memberikan dan menjelaskan terkait berbagai fitur dan manfaat serta keunggulan produk perusahaan kepada calon pelanggan atau pihak terkait lainnya
5. Mengumpulkan feedback, melakukan follow up kepada calon pelanggan yang sudah dihubungi sampai dengan dealing dan menggunakan produk perusahaan yang ditawarkan
6. Menggunakan sistem CRM secara aktif dalam hal penjadwalan dan pelaporan hasil calling dan/atau online conference call, dan progress deal stage pelanggan
7. Melakukan antisipasi terhadap masalah yang terjadi baik itu sebelum atau sesudah penjualan

• Ensure superior performance, quality, and responsiveness of IoT devices.
