Role Overview
The Senior Marketing and Brand Communication will be responsible for developing and executing impactful marketing digital campaign and brand strategies that resonate with our target audiences. This role requires a creative thinker who can effectively communicate our brand values and drive engagement across various channels.
Your responsibilities but not limited to:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and brand communication strategies that align with INDICO’s business goals.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content for various platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and tone across all marketing channels.
- Lead market research efforts to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, ensuring all initiatives are aligned with brand guidelines.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage external agency relationships, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing and brand communication roles, preferably within the tech or digital industries.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies, both offline and online, including digital media, social media, public relations, and events.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement and has strong media relations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in the digital landscape and a passion for innovation in brand marketing.
