We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Agri Commerce and Partnership Lead to drive business growth in our Agri-commerce initiatives. You will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, engaging with stakeholders, and leading sales efforts to maximize opportunities in the agricultural sector. 

What you will do but not limited to: 

• Leading Agri-Commerce and Partnership team and responsible in achieving the sales target/OKRs. 

• Establish and manage strategic relationships with partners in the agriculture sector to drive sales, business growth, sustainability and managing the Account Receivable (AR). 

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and enhance product offerings. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver solutions tailored to partners and customers. 

• Lead negotiations and secure contracts with major clients and stakeholders. 

• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and adjust approaches accordingly. 

• Present sales reports and forecasts, and track performance against targets to management. 

• Bachelor's degree in business, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related field. 

• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and partnership management, commercial and/or business development. 

• Proven experience in building and managing strategic partnerships in the agriculture sector and has network and/or proven track record on various commodities in Agribusiness industry.  

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. 

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. 

• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently. 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

What we are expecting from the role...

Lead product strategy for the gaming industry

• Crafting unique value proposition for the gaming industry based on market research and customer understanding
• Develop a full end-to-end product roadmap with strong product vision & strategy specific to the gaming sector
• Collaborate with the gaming team to prioritize and define product features for successful game development
• Ensure the timely delivery and launch of gaming products that meet market needs

Drive product success

• Conduct market analysis to identify new gaming trends, competitors, and opportunities
• Monitor product performance and metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Analyze user feedback and data to iterate and improve product UI/UX performance and journey

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the gaming industry

Your responsibilities, but not limited to: 

• Lead the development and execution of portfolio growth strategies to maximize the performance and profitability of digital business portfolios. 

• Analyze the financial and operational performance of portfolio companies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth and value creation. 

• Identify potential strategic partnerships and collaborations within Telkomsel Group and beyond to expand portfolio companies' reach and capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fields. MBA or equivalent is preferred. 

• Proven experience with minimum 8 years of experience in Venture Building, Portfolio Management, Business Development, or related roles in Investments / Digital / Telco industry. Experience in investments is preferred.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Farming Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Farming Lead, you will take a leadership role in driving farming initiatives and strategies across multiple farming operations and commodities. You will work closely with various stakeholders including but not limited to farmers, agronomists, agri input suppliers, harvest processing, and technology teams to optimize farming practices, increase yields, and improve the overall efficiency and sustainability of agricultural operations by enhancing its operational model and business model to allow further scaling it up in the future. 

What you will do but not limited to:

• Define, develop, implement and continous improve On Farming strategies, including planning, resource allocation, engagement model, and performance monitoring to enhance best farming practices and drive sustainable growth. 
• Conduct thorough analysis and assessment of current farm operations, identifying areas for improvement in terms of productivity, scalability, sustainability, and profitability. 
• Design and and execute field experiments and trials to test and validate end-to-end precision farming techniques and technologies in collaboration with experts & industries. 
• Collaborate with internal teams, farmers, and industries, and experts to implement innovative farming techniques and technologies to improve farming efficiency and productivity. 
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, and potential partners and/or customers as well as exploring mutual benefit partnership & collaboration. 
• Stay updated on the latest advancements and research in precision farming, and apply relevant knowledge and insights to enhance Indico's precision farming capabilities. 
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the precision farming team, ensuring their professional development and success. 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Agronomy, Agriculture, or any related field. 
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in precision farming or a similar role, with a proven track record in successfully runs on-farm business for multi commodities across but not limited to Horticulture, Aquaculture, grain and/or crops. 
• Has strong relationship with farming industry players across commodities and experience to build on-farm organization will be a plus point. 
• Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret farming data and provide actionable recommendations. 
• In-depth knowledge of precision farming practices, technologies, and tools. 

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. 
• Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of precision farming projects. 
• Passionate about sustainable agriculture and innovation in the farming industry. 
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as in a team-oriented environment.
