As a Digital Marketing Intern , you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively addressing and resolving complaints. This position involves close collaboration with various teams to enhance the overall customer experience and drive improvements in service delivery.
What will you do but not limited to:
- Assist in the creation, implementation and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as WhatsApp, Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads, LinkedIn and more.
- Support in set up, execute, optimize various paid channels including YouTube, SEM, Display, Facebook, Instagram but not limited to different biddable channels
- Assist in designing split tests on Google Ads & Facebook Ads by using customer data and third-party data
- Conduct in-depth standard and custom ad effectiveness studies for WhatsApp Business, Facebook & Google advertisers.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
- Perform competitor analysis and trend research to improve strategies.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh content ideas for campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Support the team with scheduling meetings, maintaining databases, and other tasks as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite).
- A balance perspective between creativity and data driven.
- Self-learner, ambitious, good attitude, excited by challenges.
- Have good knowledge on the latest marketing trends and happenings and analytical tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being proactive and self-motivated.
- A passion for storytelling and crafting engaging content.
