Some of your duties will include:

·        Respond to emergencies that could cause injury to personnel or loss of production.

·        Monitor and reviews cost, establishes and maintain budgets and recommends the replacement or updating of equipment

·        Develop and evaluate plans and criteria for a variety of projects and activities and devise new approaches to problems encountered.

·        Plan and conduct surveys, tests or investigations, interpret results, and prepare recommendations, summaries, schedules, and cost estimates. Meet with representatives of other departments to coordinate planning and scheduling activities.

·        Oversee new installations, including modifications and new installation, start – up /commissioning.

·        Reviews maintenance schedules and coordinates with other departments to ensure optimal equipment and plant availabilities to meet business also that adequate resources are available for meeting scheduled maintenance and repair needs.

·        Responsible for supervising all Electrical Instrument & Process control maintenance activities and ensuring that safe work practices are followed. Conduct periodic safety inspections, prepare STP’s (standard task procedures) and ensure that JHA`s (job hazard analysis) are performed prior to commencement of all tasks.

·        Directly supervises the Senior Supervisor, Supervisor, instrumentation, engineer process control and foreman shift on call, also coordinate activities between his/her foreman with the planning department to ensure that scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs are accomplished with minimal disruption to production schedule.

·        Support Maintenance Senior Supervisor / Supervisor electrical Upstream and Downstream a team according to plant priorities during occasions of breakdown and emergency repairs.

·        Assist in design of PLC/DCS logic and graphical screen interfaces. Help develop standardized programming and calibration procedures.

·        Develop and maintain a systematic recording system for tracking all PLC/DCS changes.

·        Oversee new equipment installations which interface with a PLC or DCS control system.

·        Ensure the transfer of technology from expatriate to National employees and the promotion and support of National employee training and skill development.

·        Apply Change Management consistently in the workplace

·        Develop monthly plan & weekly schedule in line with forecast

·        Follow up & Implement action items and contingency plans.

·        Ensure that All Crew Members Understand and Follow Standard Task Procedure

·        Ensure that work is completed in a timely fashion to satisfactory Standard

·        Provide Mentoring and Coaching to Subordinates

·        Ensure system in place for periodic review of W/O's, equipment history and costs to identify opportunities for improvement

·        Ensure to comply with out audits and inspections in compliance with Environmental tracker

Ensure and maintain all material storage areas to comply with company policies

Some of your duties will include:

·        Rapidly respond to aircraft emergencies, including fires, crashes, and hazardous material incidents.

·        Operate and drive emergency vehicles to the scene of an incident.

·        Perform firefighting operations, including extinguishing fires and rescuing trapped individuals.

·        Provide medical aid and first response services to injured persons until advanced medical personnel arrive.

·        Conduct regular inspections of aircraft to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards.

·        Perform routine checks and maintenance on ARFF vehicles and firefighting equipment to ensure operational readiness.

·        Ensure adherence to aviation safety regulations and industry standards.

·        Maintain accurate records of incidents, training, equipment maintenance, and other relevant activities.

·        Able to explain knowledge of fire pumps, fire extinguishing tactics and techniques, knowledge of the main duties and functions of aviation accident rescue and firefighting personnel (PKP-PK).

·        Able to explain, implement and analyze emergency service and aviation safety regulations related to airports.

·        Able to develop and evaluate emergency suspension procedure.

·        To carry out vehicle maintenance, supporting equipment and operational support ARFF.

·        Can explain and operate the main vehicle PKP-PK type foam tender type I, Il, Ul, IV, V, V, Vl, RIV, fire fighting boat, supporting vehicles and supporting equipment.

·        Able to operate watchroom equipment (radio communication equipment).

·        Able to explain the knowledge of human factors for PKP-PK (human factors for ARFF) personnel.

·        Involves managing a team of ARFF personnel, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting training, and maintaining equipment. 

Some of your duties will include:

·        Responsible in managing and enhancing communication systems and protocols within the airport environment. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless, reliable, and efficient communication between various stakeholders, including air traffic control, ground services, airline operations, and airport management. Your expertise will contribute to the safety, efficiency, and overall operational effectiveness of the airport.

·        Communication Systems Management: Oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of aerodrome communication systems, including radio, telephone, and digital communication platforms; Ensure compliance with relevant aviation regulations and standards (e.g., ICAO, FAA, EASA).

·        Operational Coordination: Facilitate effective communication between air traffic control, ground services, and other airport departments to ensure smooth airport operations; Manage and resolve communication-related issues or disruptions promptly.

·        Technical Oversight: Conduct regular inspections and testing of communication equipment to ensure optimal performance; Coordinate with technical teams for upgrades, repairs, and preventive maintenance of communication infrastructure.

·        Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs for airport staff on communication protocols and emergency procedures; Ensure that all relevant personnel are proficient in the use of communication systems.

·        Compliance and Reporting: Monitor communication activities to ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements; Prepare and submit reports on communication system performance, incidents, and improvements.

·        Emergency Response: Act as a key contact for communication during emergency situations, coordinating with emergency services and ensuring clear, accurate information flow; Participate in emergency drills and provide recommendations for communication enhancements.

·        Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with airlines, government agencies, and other stakeholders to address communication needs and improve overall operational efficiency; Represent the airport in industry meetings and forums related to aerodrome communication.

Some of your duties will include:

• To maintain and ensure beyond compliance practice compared to all applicable Government of Indonesia Environmental regulations, commitments specified in the Environmental Permit, Environmental Management and Monitoring Plans, environmental commitments and objectives, and other obligations.
• To provide input for beyond compliance requirements that can be implemented in the company, business practices.
• To coordinate all related stakeholders in beyond compliance practice and the preparation of the Green PROPER report.
• Manage environmental performance improvement programs including energy conservation, water conservation, resources conservation, waste reduction, contaminant load reduction.
• Coordinate government inspector, consultant visits related to beyond compliance activities including setup itinerary, staffing requirements, and logistics etc. to support the activity.
• Ensure beyond compliance report to Government of Indonesia completed on time.
• Act as coordinator for other environmental activities during the absence of Advisor Environmental.
