This role ensures the reliability, availability, and safety of mechanical equipment and tools, while also leading a team of technicians to achieve operational targets efficiently and in compliance with company policies and standards.

Workshop Operations Management:

·        Plan, organize, and supervise daily maintenance and repair tasks in the central workshop to support plant operations.

·        Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards.

·        Equipment Maintenance and Repair:

·        Oversee the maintenance and repair of critical plant equipment, such as crushers, conveyors, pumps, and other mechanical systems.

·        Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics to identify and address mechanical issues promptly.
