The School Administrator will play a crucial role in the efficient running of the school, overseeing administrative tasks, supporting the school leadership team, and ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment for students, staff, and parents. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Job Description:
- Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the school office.
- Maintain accurate student records, including but not limited to attendance, and academic performance.
- Oversee the scheduling of classes, meetings, and school events.
- Ensure compliance with all school policies and government regulations.
- Ensure that health and safety standards are upheld throughout the school premises.
- Provide administrative support for student services, including counseling, special education, and extracurricular activities.
- Assist in the coordination of student pick up, student's birthday, etc.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Relevant certifications in school administration are a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and school management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
