·        Bertanggung jawab terhadap analisis dan pengujian produk trial, produk verifikasi

·        Bertanggung jawab terhadap stabilitas dan kompatibilitas produk trial dan verifikasi

·        Bertanggung jawab atas laporan kegiatan Research & Development

Job Requirements :

·        Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Analis Research & Development

·        Pengalaman dalam bidang Adjustmen Colour min 1 tahun

·        Pendidikan minimal D3, S1 Farmasi / Kimia

·        Lebih diutamakan dari perusahaan Kosmetik / Skincare

·        Mahir Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

·        Komunikatif, mampu bekerja secara individu maupun tim

·        Bersedia bekerja sistem shifting

·        Penempatan Tangerang - Cikupa

·        Create a new product concept through in-depth research based on market trends.

·        Know about making cosmetics in terms of concept or implementation.

·        Involve in a new product development project.

·        Do a market analysis of the products.

·        Collaborate with the marketing team to plan new products.

·        Support manufacturing and design activities by developing prototypes for products in development.

• Responsible for the identification of new business opportunities and the pursuit of all of the aspects associated with the deliverables for the programs.
• Responsible for and expected to consistently provide effective management of sales efforts along with the managed accounts to ensure business plan targets are met.
