• Lead the accounting & tax department, including: set and maintain SOPs and train the staff
• Representing the company to deal with outside parties (KAP auditors, taxes, suppliers, etc.) with the company's permission.
• Provide / collect company data for taxation or other audit needs.
• Monitor the preparation of periodic financial reports; reports meet basic accounting principles or financial reporting standards.
• conduct a review and analysis of the company's financial statements.
• financial statements prepared in accordance with applicable regulations and in accordance with PSAK.
• Designing, handling and costing against the company's budget on a regular basis and controlling the company.
• Assisting KAP auditors and tax auditors.
• Coordinate the Accounting Department, both in terms of timeliness of work completion, reporting and cooperation with related departments.

• Responsible for BOD & BOC Meeting, Public Relations, Investor Relations, Media Handling, Corporate News, Shareholders Meeting, Media Relations, Sustainablity Report.Responsible for preparing the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS)/ Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) and Public Expose.
• Responsible for preparing the Annual Report, Company Profile, and Press Releases.
