Tasks & responsibilities
- Oversee the management of clients' tax obligations, including VAT, Corporate Income Tax, and Withholding Taxes (Articles 21/23/25), ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Ensure the accurate and timely preparation and submission of clients' tax reports.
- Assist clients in resolving tax-related issues, including tax audits, disputes, or appeals.
- Prepare clients' financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (PSAK or IFRS).
- Perform financial reconciliations to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Guide and supervise the performance of junior accounting staff within the team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Conduct training sessions for the team on the latest tax regulations and accounting practices.
- Review changes in tax regulations and develop relevant internal policies.
