Day to day activities :

• Do input sales transactions on the system
• Ensuring that sales-related reports are completed on time and accurately.
• Archive sales documents neatly
• Responsible for the accuracy of customer data that has been inputted in the system

• Minimum Diploma / Bachelor Degree graduates majoring in accounting, management, finance, or administration
• Good in excel
• Preferred to have experience in the same field, especially on billing invoices; fresh graduates welcome to apply

You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
• Answer questions about products or the company

• Enter and update customer information in the database

• Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role

• Min S1 majoring in Law (Civil Law or Business Law)
• Have an understanding of Civil Law, Business Law, Employment and Corporations
• At least have 3 years experience
• Able to coordinate with related colleague or divisions and good communication skills.
