Day to day activities :

• Do input sales transactions on the system
• Ensuring that sales-related reports are completed on time and accurately.
• Archive sales documents neatly
• Responsible for the accuracy of customer data that has been inputted in the system

• Minimum Diploma / Bachelor Degree graduates majoring in accounting, management, finance, or administration
• Good in excel
• Preferred to have experience in the same field, especially on billing invoices; fresh graduates welcome to apply
• Willing to be placed in Medan
• This position will be temporary for replace maternity leave (pengganti sementara cuti melahirkan)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

• Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

1. Melakukan pekerjaan inbound / outbound sesuai prosedure yang ada dan berkoordinasilangsung dengan Warehouse / IMS Supervisor.
2. Memastikan semua dokumen yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaan inbound / outbound barang sesuai dan terecord di system sebelum pekerjaan dilakukan
3. Melakukan pengecekan secara fisik barang sebelum dan sesudah proses loading /unloading begitupun dengan container / bak kendaraan yang digunakan
4. Bersama QC melakukan pengambilan beberapa sampling dari barang yang dikirim supplier untuk disesuaikan dengan COA
5. Membuat laporan ketidaksesuaian kepada warehouse supervisor untuk di tindaklanjuti kepada pihak terkait jika ada masalah dalam pekerjaan ini
6. Menentukan / memastikan barang yang disimpan oleh storekeeper sesuai dengan standard dan spesifikasi barang itu disimpan
7. Membuat indentitas semua barang yang disimpan di semua lokasi dan memastikan stock card di isi dengan benar oleh store keeper
8. Melakukan daily cycle count bersama team outsource
9. Melakukan internal stock take setiap sebualan sekali bersama warehouse supervisor dan eksternal stock take bersama Accounting HO
10. Mengawasi pekerjaan proses filing parfum agar mencapai jumlah output yang diinginkan
11. Membuat laporan harian inbound / outbound
12. Monitoring, inventory asset serta membuat order kebutuhan stasionary, safety dan barang consumable untuk gudang

1. Minimal D3 dari segala jurusan
2. Memiliki pengalaman di bidang operasional warehouse selama 2-3 tahun
3. Memiliki keterampilan dalam mengoperasikan komputer
4. Memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman tentang warehouse
5. Memahami seluruh SOP yg berkaitan dengan warehouse process
6. Mampu memimipin team storekeeper yang ada di gudang pusat
7. Terampil dalam menggunakan Ms. Office
8. Bersedia penempatan warehouse di Alam Sutera, Tangerang
