As an integral part of our Human Resources department, you will partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business success while fostering a positive work environment.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals and objectives
• Provide strategic guidance and support to managers on HR-related issues, including talent management, employee relations, and performance management
• Develop and implement HR policies and programs that enhance employee engagement and retention
• Lead change management initiatives and support organizational development efforts
• Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement
• Propose and manage HR budget to ensure efficiency and effectiveness with business goals
