RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Accompany the Sales team in Anwyzing or initial briefing with clients (workload will

be adjusted &; if the Design Director / Design Manager / Senior Design is unable and

with the permission of the Design Director / Design Manager).

2. Accompany the Sales team during the initial site survey together with PIC Project &

ME Advisor.

3. Attend the initial project handover/brief from the Sales team.

4. Create Design Concept, Presentation, Moodboard and present to Client under the

supervision of Design Manager / Design Director.

5. Prepare Schematic for price estimation &; coordinate with CBD and ME teams to

produce creative designs &; competitive prices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop and implement innovative strategies to streamline plant operations and reduce costs so as to support the company’s ability to compete.
2. Screening, recruiting and training factory workers in accordance with the standards set by the company.
3. Ensure the implementation of quality supervision, by directing quality control officers to perform their responsibilities.
4. Ensure that every tool and machine is in good condition to support the running of the production process and the achievement of optimal production results.
5. Directing the PPIC Manager to prepare planning and making pre-production documents as a basis for implementing the production process properly and correctly.
6. Planning the procurement of materials and production materials accurately and efficiently, so that they are available on time as needed.
7. Conduct periodic evaluations of material and spare parts stocks to be able to determine the right use strategy and reduce excessive stock.
8. Perform value engineering to find production and construction systems, as well as the use of the right materials to get optimal results at an efficient cost.
9. Ensure that PPIC conducts accurate and neat inventory control and periodically carries out stock-taking with the accounting department and is responsible for the results.
10. Ensure the maintenance of machinery, tools and facilities both office and building is carried out properly.
11. Motivate all factory employees to have a good work ethic for mutual progress.
12. Maintain good relations and coordination between parts of the factory organization.
13. Instill an understanding of cultural values, mission and vision of the company to all factory personnel and apply them in daily work activities.

TUGAS DAN TANGGUNG JAWAB

1. Mengumpulkan data – data yang dibutuhkan untuk pembuatan gambar pelaksanaan (shop drawing) dan gambar akhir (asbuilt drawing)

2. Berkoordinasi dengan Site Manager mengenai prioritas - prioritas pekerjaan dan hal – hal teknis

3. Membuat gambar pelaksanaan (shop drawing) dan gambar akhir (asbuilt drawing) sesuai dengan data – data yang dikumpulkan dengan mengacu pada gambar perencanaan (for construction drawing)

• Bachelor Degree in Architurecture, Interior or Civil Preferable.

• Able to use Microsoft Project, make S Curve,

• Mastering AutoCAD, Mastering SketchUp and read Interior Drawing.

• Excellent Communication skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English

• Mendampingi tim Sales dalam Anwyzing ataupun briefing awal dengan client (workload akan disesuaikan).
• • Mendampingi tim Sales saat survey lokasi awal bersama dengan PIC Project & ME Advisor.
• • Menghadiri handover/brief awal proyek dari tim Sales dan membuat kesepakatan untuk target market yang ingin dicapai.
• • Membuat Design Concept, Presentasi, Moodboard serta mempresentasikan ke Client.
• • Menyiapkan Schematic untuk estimasi harga & berkoordinasi dengan tim CBD serta ME agar menghasilkan desain yang kreatif & harga yang kompetitif
• • Menyiapkan & memeriksa Gambar Konstruksi/ Tender sebelum approval/ pun submit ke Client.
• • Menyiapkan material dan form approval sesuai harga yang disetujui oleh Client.
• • Menjelaskan ke Client secara komperhensif setiap Gambar/Form yang akan dimintakan persetujuan.
• • Mendistribukan Gambar For Construction dan Form Approval yang sudah di tanda tangan/paraf Client ke internal sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku.
• • Melakukan Handover dengan Tim Project & Purchasing setelah gambar diperiksa & diparaf oleh klien.
• • Menghadiri Kick-off meeting setelah Tim Project mempelajari Gambar For Construction saat Handover.
• • Berkoordinasi dengan Divisi Project, Purchasing, maupun vendor secara berkala untuk kelancaran proyek.
• • Berkoordinasi dengan Divisi CBD & Project jika ada permintaan Client diluar BQ awal yang membutuhkan penambahan harga.
• • Melaporkan setiap progress proyek yang sedang dikerjakan kepada Manajer Desain/ Direktur Desain termasuk kendala-kendala yang ada dan berusaha memberikan solusi dari kendala tersebut.
• • Mengikuti weekly meeting internal secara berkala yang diadakan oleh Manajer Desain.
• • Memeriksa shop drawing vendor.
• • Mengunjungi lapangan secara berkala untuk memastikan kelancaran proyek dan hasil yang terbaik.
• • Mendampingi Desainer lainnya (dalam hal ini Designer) dalam membangun relasi dengan client/ meeting dengan client jika salah satu dari Design Director/Design Manager/ Tim Sales tidak ada yang dapat mendampingi.
• • Bertanggung jawab terhadap kualitas implementasi di lapangan dari segi kreatifitas dan estetika.
• • Bertanggung jawab dalam mengatur waktu (timeline) setiap proyek yang ditangani dan bekerja sama dengan PIC Divisi lain sehingga dapat memenuhi target yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya.
• • Bertanggung jawab dalam memberikan penjelasan skematik kepada Tim CBD untuk perhitungan harga sesuai dengan kesepakatan di awal meeting handover mengenai target market dalam satu proyek.
• • Mendampingi Designer dalam tahapan development design bersama Design Direktur.
