Staff Administrasi

STAFF ADMINISTRASI

• Fixed Asset Management (Capitalize, Tagging, Audit, etc)

• Forecasting and monitoring of expenditure

• Prepare and present financial reports

• Respond to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data

• Perform other duties as assigned (if any)

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Accounting or Finance Management or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Fluent in English (oral and written)

• Possess strong analytical, communication, and presentation skill

• Proficient in Ms Office and SAP system will be preferable

1. Assist Safety Officer in ensuring health and safety practice is implemented

2. Provide assistance and share knowledge/best practice for each department in implementing ISO/EHS policy, especially for high risk processes

3. Support and do monitoring program to achieve zero accident

4. Ensure relevant legal/regulation is fulfilled

5. Maintain ISO/EHS documented information

6. Carry out general administration for ISO & EHS Department

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in from any major

2. Prior experience in the same role, preferably in the manufacturing company; although, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

3. Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001, relevant EHS regulation, 5S, and safety is a must.

4. Smart worker, possess strong analytical skill, good attitude, and responsible person.

5. Proficient in MS. Office and familiar to do a presentation.

6. Good command in English both oral and written.
