Key Activities:

1.Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system.

2.Adhere to Quality procedure and policies in accordance with the Integrated ISO Management System  

       (9001; 14001; 45001) (where applicable) quality assurance system.

3.To develop and operate Condition Monitoring programmes for John Crane clients.

4.To continuously improve the effectiveness of condition monitoring programmes, through defined review process in conjunction with Global and Regional Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) as necessary.

5.To conduct analysis of routine vibration data.

6.To report Vibration and Oil Analysis results and associated corrective maintenance recommendations

7.To act as the client interface for the on-site delivery of Condition Monitoring services.

8.To conduct routine Condition Monitoring surveys at our clients’ premises.

9.Mentoring of clients in basic Condition Monitoring techniques.

10.To conduct periodic on site Pump Performance Testing and onshore Reporting.

11.To conduct specialist vibration analysis and equipment troubleshooting (e.g. Balancing, Orbit Analysis).

12.Using a defined process calculate the cost benefit of carrying out recommendations.

13.Work within the requirements of the Integrated Management System.

Key Accountability:

The role is based on-site at a customer facility(s), directly coordinating, scheduling and participating in work with the customer to comply with the “partnership agreement.”  The role of the Condition Monitoring Engineer is to use specialist knowledge to develop, operate and manage Condition Monitoring programmes for John Crane clients.

The role will involve Condition Monitoring data collection, analysis and reporting of routine techniques.  It is expected that the Engineer in this role will work to develop their specialist knowledge.  John Crane will provide training to support this development.

Purpose of role: This role will be responsible to maintain and develop sales growth for all John Crane product portfolio in East Java area

Key Activities: 

•Execute plan to exceed sales targets from existing and new customer account

•Presenting the product range and its technical attributes / benefits for customers and maintaining relationship

•Provide training program for the Mineral Market

•Support and coordinate customer enquiries, quote preparation for non-pricelist products and work with Application Engineering

•Facilitate price and negotiations in accordance with the guidelines

•Preparation of monthly reports to communicate plan and progress.

•Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system. Including:

•  Active participation and contribution to specific safety initiatives in meetings.

•  Report all hazardous and unsafe acts.

•  Actively promote positive safety culture.

Responsible for the overall management as Lead Reliability Engineer to ensure effective and efficient service contract operation, principally through providing engineering and reliability support with the objective of improving overall equipment reliability, availability, and capability.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understand contractual requirements with respect to reliability, inventory management, and service delivery and implement plans to meet the requirements.
• Leading reliability engineer and service technicians for to perform all related work to reliability, technical and service.
• Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system. Including:
• Active participation and contribution to specific safety initiatives in meetings.
• Report all hazardous and unsafe acts.
• Actively promote positive safety culture.

• Be responsible for reliability data management, trending, analysis and reporting. Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle stock management, rationalise stock levels, optimise stock to ensure availability and control costs
• Stock control within the JC store (this includes stock issue, control of stock levels, reconditioning and reordering of stock)
• Communication with all stakeholders involved in the Alliance contract.
• Maintain the equipment & seal database and failure history using John Crane Interface Reliability Management software for all equipment within the scope of the contract.

• The person is responsible for managing and driving all Performance Plus contract related tasks and day to day activities based at assigned customer site.

• Other duties as assigned.
