• Experienced in handling Event Stream Processing (Kafka).
• Experience and strong understanding of the microservices concept.
• Familiar with Golang tools and frameworks.
• Accustomed to modern version control systems such as Git, especially Gitlab.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and implementing process improvement to scale up our products. You will work closely with the Engineering, Design, Business, Marketing, Operations, QA, and Product teams to deliver the most optimal product that engages our users and creates value for them. The ideal candidate will have experience in the financial services industry (Stocks/Mutual Funds knowledge) with strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and own the full spectrum of the product lifecycle and make sure it is aligned with business goals and user needs
• Lead the Product Team with a clear technical vision, and ensure that best practices, standards, and processes are adhered to
• Understand the context/knowledge of Financial / Investment. Investigate and present customer pain points, market trends, competitor analysis & benchmarks, strategic opportunities, and product design goals

• Minimum 7 years of experience in product management in the financial services industry. Relevant Experience in Trading is a plus
