- Working with TCS leads and development team to deliver changes/functionality/Bug Fix.
- Works with the business functions to understand their business strategic & roadmap and ensures that the associated IT elements in the delivery plan is aligned.
- Works with Scrum team for specific sprints ensuring resolution of IT related impediments and support completion of sprint goals.
- Drive offshore team to meet project targets, KPIs and timeline
- Collaborates with wider IT teams i.e. security, Software Asset Management etc to ensure that enterprise standards are adhered to in the workstreams.
- Facilitate communication between various functions in the organization and drive cross-functional synergies.
- Provide inputs to technology, platform, and product roadmaps based on insights from global technology trends.
