Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize and implement robust lead generation programs to prospect new clients and identify fresh market opportunities, enhancing our market penetration.
• Initiate contact with potential clients through a diversified outreach strategy encompassing cold calls, targeted campaigns, and strategic social media engagements.
• Forge a strong collaboration with the Marketing team to craft compelling marketing strategies, refine communication messages, and align with the overarching sales objectives under the guidance of the Business Development Manager.
• Cultivate and nurture preliminary leads to transition them to sales-ready stages, employing stringent qualification metrics and sustained engagement practices.
• Expertly manage CRM tools to meticulously track, analyze, and report on lead generation initiatives, ensuring high data integrity and deriving actionable business insights.

• Bachelors Degree , preferably in business, communications, marketing, or a technical discipline
• Minimum 1-year of outbound sales or sales development experience (selling over the phone, cold calling), preferably B2B at a software company
• Demonstrated success in lead generation, sales, or a closely related field, underscored by a consistent record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
• Superior communication and persuasion skills, with proficiency in crafting and delivering compelling narratives.
• Preferably possesses experience within the technology sector, with a keen understanding of its dynamics and market drivers.
• Autonomous in managing projects with the capacity to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and cross-functional corporate landscape.

Sales Operation

The Sales Operations team at Xtremax is essential in optimizing processes, supporting sales activities, and enhancing efficiency throughout the sales cycle. They ensure accountability across team roles, enforce adherence to the sales process, and continuously analyze the workflow to improve its effectiveness, enabling the sales team to focus on their core responsibilities.

Responsibility :

• Drive the team to be accountable with their assigned roles and tasks, and enforce the sales process workflow
• Review sales deliverables for accuracy, quality, and adherence to requirements before submission or finalisation.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule and within scope, with proactive communication to stakeholders about the progress and any challenges.
• Analyse existing sales processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders from diverse departments, including but not limited to Marketing, Finance, and Technical team.
• Create and maintain thorough documentation of sales activities and process.
• Manage multiple sales project simultaneously, prioritising tasks to meet tight deadlines.

Requirement :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from a reputable university 
• 1-2 years experience in sales operations, project management, or related role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
