Kualifikasi

·          Sarjana Akuntansi atau Pajak.

·          Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang Pajak (lebih disukai di Konsultan Pajak) dengan level supervisi.

·          Memiliki pengetahuan mendalam tentang aplikasi Pajak (e-SPT, e-Faktur, e-Butpot, Coretax) dan regulasi Pajak.

·          Memiliki Brevet A, B, & C.

·          Kemampuan untuk menangani kegiatan kepatuhan pajak tahunan dan bulanan.

·          Memahami proses audit pajak dan litigasi pajak.

·          Kemampuan analisis yang baik,

·          pemikir logis, dan pemecah masalah.

·          Menguasai Ms. Excel, Word, dan perangkat lunak akuntansi (Accurate) ·       Fasih berbahasa

·          Menyiapkan Data/Dokumen Pendukung untuk Audit Pajak, Keberatan Pajak & Banding Pajak.

·          Menyediakan perencanaan pajak yang inovatif dan meninjau pengembalian pajak penghasilan

Strategy development and execution:

-Support the development and refinement of the market's medium to long term strategies as market evolves and opportunities & challenges arise (e.g., evaluating pros and cons of the cluster’s strategic options, size future business opportunities, preparing detailed business case, etc.)

-Be part of the most relevant strategic projects in market (e.g., pricing, economics, cost associated efficiencies, segmentation, competitive assessment)

-Support the execution of key market strategic initiatives and support cross functional coordination required to successfully deliver complex projects

Performance & P&L assessment:

-Support Head of Clients in managing sales pipelines in Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring optimal pipeline management / tracking to target

Operations:

-Support Head of Strategy, Business Planning & Operations in managing entire BAU country operations, such as cost management, coordination of executive market visits, planning of key internal & external events, Visa internal quarterly and annual analysis & budget planning.

Operating Model:

-Support execution of market operating model to ensure correct delivery and effectiveness, by pursuing initiatives & process enhancements

-Actively participate as working group member to periodic reviews of high priority market initiatives which are sensitive for market P&L

-Support client facing teams in developing streamlined account business reviews to ensure key areas of focus are addressed

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. The Finance and Accounting Staff is responsible for maintaining financial records and ensuring that processes are run effectively and efficiently. The role involves verifying and processing vendor invoices & refund transactions, managing financial activities, preparing journal entries & performing reconciliation, handling customer invoices & maintaining collection, assisting with taxation and financial reporting, maintaining financial procedures & accounting standards, and liaising with various stakeholders.

 Job Functions:

Responsibilities:

• Push Marketing:
  Design, execute, and optimize front and back margin marketing programs tailored for general trade partners to improve sales and profitability. This includes managing financial incentives and strategic partnerships to drive product demand which includes gimmicks, giveaways, performance incentives for Mitras and end users (farmers).

• Platform Marketing:
  Assess the effectiveness of our platform marketing initiatives. Ensure these programs drive customer acquisition and retention which includes analysis and management of the growth accounting, customer segmentation and prioritization, and hypothesis testing.

• Marketing Program Mix:
  Assess and improve our marketing strategy mix that effectively balance push and platform marketing to support overall business objectives. This includes designing campaigns that optimize product sell-through and inventory movement.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  Work closely with sales, operations, and product teams to align marketing programs with broader business objectives, ensuring that initiatives are executed seamlessly across departments. Ultimately crafting product development and sales programs that support the overall growth of the business including its execution on the ground together with related teams
