Job Description

• Membantu proses administrasi dalam departemen Accounting seperti filing dan checking.
• Membantu pengecekan kelengkapan dokumen sesuai prosedur Accounting.

1. Mengawasi dan memimpin tim akuntansi dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan, rekonsiliasi akun, dan pemrosesan transaksi.
2. Memastikan bahwa semua kegiatan akuntansi dilakukan sesuai dengan kebijakan dan prosedur perusahaan.
3. Menyediakan analisis keuangan untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajerial.
4. Membantu dalam penyusunan anggaran tahunan dan rencana keuangan.
5. Memantau pengeluaran dan pendapatan untuk memastikan kesesuaian dengan anggaran.
6. Menyediakan laporan dan analisis terkait anggaran kepada manajemen.
7. Menyediakan dokumentasi dan dukungan untuk audit internal dan eksternal.
8. Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan perpajakan dan kebijakan akuntansi yang berlaku.
9. Mengelola pelaporan pajak dan memastikan pelaporan yang akurat dan tepat waktu.

Jobdesc :

1. Analyze market trends in various industries in Indonesia and identify focus areas for investments (We are looking for nascent industries in Indonesia that have young startups but the potential to grow rapidly in the future)

2. Find and meet with companies/startups in the said nascent industries that are looking for investments

3. Help due diligence processes of companies under consideration for investment by analyzing financial data, interviewing users, making presentations, etc. 

4. Help support portfolio companies' growth post-investment by helping with business development, etc.

5. Interpretation (to support Japanese Expats, interpretation at the meeting, and communicating with Japanese customers) and Translation of documents.

6. Business assistance (survey/preparation for lists/documents, making appointments via telephone, accompanying to the seminar/meeting)

Kualifikasi

•Pendidikan Min. S1 (Diutamakan S1 Accounting)

•Memiliki pemahaman yang baik untuk akuntansi di bidang manufaktur

- Regularly review FSS processes for process continuous improvement opportunities. Deliver small-scale process change projects.

- Update financial records, including journal entries and ledger reconciliations.

- Monitor and reconcile inventory transactions, collaborating with other departments to ensure accuracy.

- Executing journal data input within the business process.

- Having experience as Accounting Staff in minimum of 3 years.
