Supervisor Accounting

Kualifikasi

·          Sarjana Akuntansi atau Pajak.

·          Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang Pajak (lebih disukai di Konsultan Pajak) dengan level supervisi.

·          Memiliki pengetahuan mendalam tentang aplikasi Pajak (e-SPT, e-Faktur, e-Butpot, Coretax) dan regulasi Pajak.

·          Memiliki Brevet A, B, & C.

·          Kemampuan untuk menangani kegiatan kepatuhan pajak tahunan dan bulanan.

·          Memahami proses audit pajak dan litigasi pajak.

·          Kemampuan analisis yang baik,

·          pemikir logis, dan pemecah masalah.

·          Menguasai Ms. Excel, Word, dan perangkat lunak akuntansi (Accurate) ·       Fasih berbahasa

·          Inggris, baik lisan maupun tulisan.

Tanggung Jawab

·          Menangani semua operasi pajak, kepatuhan, perencanaan, dan aktivitas pelaporan.

·          Memantau & mengontrol PPN bulanan serta mengontrol pengembalian pajak bulanan dan

·          tahunan.

·          Memantau Aset Tetap dan Pelaporan Pajak.

·          Menyiapkan Data/Dokumen Pendukung untuk Audit Pajak, Keberatan Pajak & Banding Pajak.

·          Menyediakan perencanaan pajak yang inovatif dan meninjau pengembalian pajak penghasilan

·          yang kompleks.

·          Mengikuti perkembangan terkini dalam undang-undang pajak, regulasi, dan praktik terbaik

Strategy development and execution:

-Support the development and refinement of the market's medium to long term strategies as market evolves and opportunities & challenges arise (e.g., evaluating pros and cons of the cluster’s strategic options, size future business opportunities, preparing detailed business case, etc.)

-Be part of the most relevant strategic projects in market (e.g., pricing, economics, cost associated efficiencies, segmentation, competitive assessment)

-Support the execution of key market strategic initiatives and support cross functional coordination required to successfully deliver complex projects

-Research, consolidate, analyse Indonesia macroeconomic trends, regulatory evolutions, competitors’ moves to provide insights and recommendations to relevant stakeholders

Performance & P&L assessment:

-Work closely with Finance to monitor and track market ongoing performance & objectives and key results, against targets

-Provide critical thinking and working with market & cluster cross functional teams to understand underlying business factors and address any challenges and opportunities to accelerate business objective

-Support Head of Clients in managing sales pipelines in Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring optimal pipeline management / tracking to target

Operations:

-Support Head of Strategy, Business Planning & Operations in managing entire BAU country operations, such as cost management, coordination of executive market visits, planning of key internal & external events, Visa internal quarterly and annual analysis & budget planning.

Operating Model:

-Support execution of market operating model to ensure correct delivery and effectiveness, by pursuing initiatives & process enhancements

-Actively participate as working group member to periodic reviews of high priority market initiatives which are sensitive for market P&L

-Support client facing teams in developing streamlined account business reviews to ensure key areas of focus are addressed

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist operational and administrative support for Amarthalink Acquisition Team.
• Data Reporting and Analysis for Acquisition via inorganic channel (canvasser) and Paid Ads.
• Assist Growth Lead & Field Sales Lead in implementing strategy to day to day task.
• Able to support Acquisition team task on daily basis in detailed and timely manner.
• Proactive assistance in Acquisition team projects & initiatives.
• Provide support in data management and analytics especially creating weekly reporting and provide basic analysis for root cause analysis.

• Strong Data Analysis.
• Good Business Acument.
• Profiency in Excel and Data Crunching via spreadsheet Knowledge in SQL maybe a plus.

The Finance and Accounting Staff is responsible for maintaining financial records and ensuring that processes are run effectively and efficiently. The role involves verifying and processing vendor invoices & refund transactions, managing financial activities, preparing journal entries & performing reconciliation, handling customer invoices & maintaining collection, assisting with taxation and financial reporting, maintaining financial procedures & accounting standards, and liaising with various stakeholders.

 Job Functions:

1.       Verify and Process Payments:

·       Verify and process invoices received from vendors.

·       Handle refund transactions and ensure timely payments.

2.      Financial Administration and Management:

·       Administer and manage overall finance activities including cash flow management.

·       Handle payment and bank administration tasks to ensure smooth financial operations.

3.      Journal Entries and Reconciliation:

·       Prepare and input journal entries for financial transactions into the accounting system.

·       Perform regular reconciliation of financial data to ensure accuracy.

4.      Customer Invoicing and Collections:

·       Prepare, verify, and create invoices for customers.

·       Monitor and maintain collection schedules to ensure timely payments from customers.

5.      Taxation and Financial Reporting:

·       Assist in preparing and filing for taxation.

·       Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and statements as required.

6.      Maintaining Financial Procedures and Standards:

This role includes managing financial transactions, journal entries, reconciliations, financial and management reporting, taxation, procedural development, corporate projects, and budget & forecast preparation. The Manager will also review operational contracts and liaise with internal and external parties.
