- Lead the accounting & tax department, including: set and maintain SOPs and train the staff
- Representing the company to deal with outside parties (KAP auditors, taxes, suppliers, etc.) with the company's permission.
- Provide / collect company data for taxation or other audit needs.
- Monitor the preparation of periodic financial reports; reports meet basic accounting principles or financial reporting standards.
- conduct a review and analysis of the company's financial statements.
