Sebagai Data Entry Clerk for E-commerce di MAX FASHIONS, Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk menginput, mengelola, serta memperbarui data produk di platform e-commerce kami. Tugas utama mencakup memastikan keakuratan dan kelengkapan informasi terkait produk, termasuk harga, stok, dan deskripsi yang selalu up-to-date. Anda juga akan bekerja sama dengan tim lain untuk memastikan semua data yang diunggah sesuai dengan standar dan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan.

Melakukan penagihan kepada outlet untuk pembayaran yang sudah jatuh tempo

-Memberikan reminders kepada outlet untuk permbayaran yang sudah dekat jatuh tempo

-Memastikan pembayaraan yang sudah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan

-Membuat rekapan penagihan setiap harinya

-Melakukan penyetoran ke bank

• Verify all Admin invoices

• Prepare list of invoices to treasury

• Allocate supplier account in SUN

• Prepare journal SUPIN

• Daily entry to SUN for all bank payment transaction

• Verify SADE branches transaction

• Filling voucher petty cash, bank payment, folio admin

• Allocate supplier account which related with bank payment transaction

• Verify OPE invoices

• Prepare list of invoices to treasury

• Allocate supplier account in SUN

• Process daily allocate for all supplier account

• Process replenish TPP

• Responsible to allocate supplier account

• Undergraduates' student or bachelor's degree
• Good Knowledge in Finance
• Computer Literacy in Ms. Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
• Available for two months (WFO)

The Housekeeping Clerk is responsible for managing and coordinating all guest and employee calls to the Housekeeping office and Laundry/Valet office. The Clerk prepares the daily Room Attendant assignments, expedites all guest requests as quickly as possible and records and relays all requests and information handled through the desk. These transactions are expedited by providing the highest level of service and always attending to the client’s needs and wishes. Key control is an important task of this role.
