As the Assistant Director of Human Resources, you will work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support the organization's goals and objectives. You will oversee various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.

• Design, implement, and manage HR policies and programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.
• Responsible in overseeing the recruitment and selection process, ensuring compliance with employment laws & regulations, managing employee relations, and administering employee benefit programs .
