As a Project & Solution Design Logistic Associate, you will play a key role in optimizing and improving our logistics processes. You will be responsible for analyzing logistics and transport data to drive efficiency, minimize costs, and improve lead times. As a Sustainable Planning & Design Implementation Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sustainability initiatives and implementing sustainable planning and design strategies for clients in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• The Sustainable Planning & Design Implementation Manager should have a track record of leading and delivering environmental and sustainability review and approvals for major built environment mega-projects of international significance. In addition, their experience should ideally span the development life cycle from conceptualization, feasibility, engineering, construction, commissioning, operations, and decommissioning.

• ·        Good technical understanding of Sustainable infrastructure rating systems such as LEED WELL MOSTADAMA, ENVISION, SITES, PEER and/or CEEQUAL or equivalent.
• ·        Good working knowledge of design stage gate review process and interactions required with all related stakeholders.
• ·        Proven track record driving sustainable design processes, policies, and procedures
• ·        Strong leadership, interpersonal/people management and mentoring skills
• ·        Strong technical sustainability skills across built environment serving cities and communities including effective management of resources and assets, i.e., Life-cycle economic evaluations etc.
• ·        Strong written and verbal communication & report writing skills
• ·        Ten (10) or more years’ experience across the fields of sustainable built environment planning and design including a broad understanding of sustainability benchmarking and rating systems such as LEED WELL BREEAM etc.
• ·        A Master’s degree in Sustainability or related Engineering field
• ·        Other qualifications in sustainability related to planning, design and/or engineering such National Green Infrastructure Certification Program or equivalent
• Professional qualifications and work experience with development and/or implementation of ‘Sustainability Rating Systems’ such as LEED AP WELL AP ENVISION AP

Remuneration:

• $7,000 to $10,000 with Variable Bonus
• Work Location: Singapore

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team designers.
• Lead project communication, liaising with design, clients, construction, supplier, and contractors’ teams.
• Oversee design and creativity on projects from concept design and space planning to development and presentation.
• Produce concept work using hand sketches and a variety of digital and traditional media.
• Produce and check drawing packages for schematic and detail design stages.
• Attend client meetings independently or with project leader support, contributing to client presentations.
• Source reference material and conduct research to ensure materials and products are fit for purpose.
• Contribute to business development, pitches, proposal writing, and presentations.
• Participate in pitching sales and presentations to potential clients.
• Participate in site measurement, layout planning, and material selection.
• Ensure successful delivery and completion of projects within agreed timelines and budgets.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
• At least 10 years of experience in Corporate Office Interior Design.
