You will be responsible for end-to-end audit process on the branches / representative offices.

• Validate consumer data related to the customer acquisition process to determine any indications of irregularities / anomalies
• Conduct field checks on the consumer acquisition, application, and collection processes carried out by branch staffs according to Field Audit procedures in order to minimize deviations in business procedures and find potentials of frauds.
• Conduct field checks on third parties related to the business process.
• Collect the truth of information and supporting evidence to strengthen findings in the field and ensure all chronological sequences of events so that all parties involved can know and recommend any sanctions for irregularities that occur.
• Conduct re-checks in the field on reports from Internal parties to ensure that all work procedures have been carried out properly and correctly.
• Follow up on information obtained from internal or external parties regarding incorrect work processes.
• Account for all findings/validation results independently and professionally.

Staff Internal Audit bertanggung jawab untuk melaksanakan audit sesuai dengan rencana tahunan yang disetujui oleh Direksi. Posisi ini berperan dalam memastikan proses bisnis berjalan sesuai standar, memantau kepatuhan terhadap regulasi, serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan berdasarkan hasil audit. Selain itu, posisi ini juga berperan sebagai konsultan bagi pemilik proses bisnis dan proyek tertentu. Penempatan Jabodetabek.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

– Melakukan audit sesuai rencana.

– Menindaklanjuti rekomendasi audit.

– Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan dan regulasi.

– Mengidentifikasi risiko dan memberikan solusi.

– Menyusun laporan audit dan konsultasi proses bisnis.

Keahlian :

– Analisis laporan keuangan dan audit.

– Menguasai standar IPPF untuk audit berbasis risiko.

• Melakukan pemeriksaan baik secara harian terhadap Divisi Marketing, Collection maupun Operation di cabang guna memastikan bahwa semua transaksi/kegiatan telah dilakukan dengan benar guna mencegah terjadinya penyimpangan/ penyelewengan serta dipatuhinya kebajikan manajemen.
• Melakukan survey kepada nasabah terkait dengan prosedur kerja yang sudah dilakukan Divisi Marketing, Collection, dan Operation

1) Melaksanakan audit operasional perusahaan (Observasi & Dokumen)

2) Merencanakan sampling data pra audit

3) Mempresentasikan hasil temuan audit

4) Membuat laporan hasil audit

5) Manajemen representatif dalam hal ketidaksesuaian di lapangan untuk manejemen mutu ISO SNI 9001:2015

6) Menyusun rekomendasi atas adanya ketidaksesuaian proses di lapangan

About the role

As our next star as internal audit analyst, you will get a chance to help Amartha on implementing internal audit activities, and demonstrate your keen ability to identify the root cause of the problem. You will work alongside the other internal audit team, risk division, lending team, and go around Amartha’s points/branches around Indonesia to deliver improvement of business process quality of Amartha.

About the team

Our Internal Audit team is a growing family of currently 15 people based in Jakarta. Together with the Risk team, the core of our role is to always strive to create a stable & risk-free environment inside Amartha’s ecosystem of solutions and in the end to give back from Amartha to community.

Responsibilities

• Implement an internal audit work plan including preliminary analysis, working papers, and audit reports.
• Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies
• Implement systems and procedures related to the audit process
• Demonstrate the ability to identify the root cause of the audit process
• Prepare audit working papers in complete, systematic, and timely manner and ensure those are documented in accordance with professional standards
• Prepare detailed reports on audit findings
• Define recommendation for any audit findings to improve organization's internal control
• Provide sensible recommendations to improve the quality and effectiveness of business processes within an organization
• Follow up the implementation of audit recommendations
• If required, conduct investigations into fraud cases

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related
• Should have at least a year or equivalent of progressive experience in audit and/or financial analysis, planning, and management.
• Good knowledge of internal audit standard and principles
• Has a good knowledge of internal auditing and risk management
• Has a strong analytical thinking and able to provoke practical solution
• Has experience in Big Accounting Firms or Financial Institution would be great advantage
• Familiar with COSO framework & concept.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise, communicate ideas, influence others, identify root cause and give sensible recommendations to improve the quality and effectiveness of business processes within an organization.
• Proficient in Ms. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.
• Willing to travel and work outside Jakarta frequently
• Good communication and reporting skill on both verbal and written

• Prepare selected work paper on timely manner and with department’s quality standard.
• Maintain audit department’s policy and procedure for audit quality assurance.
• Conduct audit test work for the audit objectives identified, and prepare work paper.
• Perform all field work in competent and professional manner.
• Provide evidential support for all report recommendation.
• Assist Senior in preparing accurate and concise audit report to the management.
• Assist Senior in monitoring the audit budget and realization to meet the deadline.
• To exercise discretion in the review of records to ensure confidentiality.

• Bachelor degree from reputable university with min IPK 3.0 majoring in Accounting/Finance.
• Minimum 1 year experience in audit field.
• Experienced in handling hospitality client and SAP accounting software is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in internal controls, observations and giving recommendations for business process and control issues as well as its operations
• Having a strong logic, analysis, problem solving skills, initiative, team work, strong sense of responsibility, and integrity.
• Advanced knowledge of risks, controls, accounting and / or information technology operations.
• Having a good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer Literate. Able to operate Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Visio, Power Point)5. Proficiency in verbal and written English

Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations

Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans

Obtain, analyse and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc

Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process

Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement

Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings

Maintain open communication with management and audit committee

Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum

Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions

Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards

Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance or related field

Proven working experience as Internal Auditor or Senior Auditor at least 5 years experience

Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations

Has allowed the Fit and Proper Test by OJK as Internal Audit at previous/ current company

Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases

High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
