Summary of Responsibilities:

• Act as the contact for Mandarin-speaking clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Coordinate and execute the planning and delivery of MICE and wedding experiences, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, transportation arrangements, and other services.
• Collaborate with various departments and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
• Create and manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and handle financial transactions.
• Prepare event proposals, contracts, and other related documents in both English and Mandarin.
• Provide on-site event supervision and support.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to improve future events.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same position or related fields in the hospitality industry
• Proven track of achieving targets, has strong organizational and time management skills
• Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken with a certified language test (minimum HSK 3)
• Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
• Exceptional communication, negotiation ability, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields

• Assist the Villa Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the villas, ensuring all guest experiences meet the highest standards of luxury, comfort, and satisfaction
• Supervise and train a team of staff, ensuring they are performing their duties to deliver exceptional guest service
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with guests, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate with the Villa Manager in reviewing and analyzing guest feedback to continuously improve guest satisfaction

• Knowledge of the OPERA system is preferred
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or other related fields. Master's degree is desirable
