1. MENGATUR TEKNIS REVIEW PATTERN BERSAMA TEAM PATTERN DAN MERCHANDISER DAN MEMBERIKAN PENJELASAN PADA PEMBUATAN PATTERN
2. MENGATUR REVIEW SEWING DENGAN SUPERVISOR, OPERATOR, QC DAN MERCHANDISER DALAM MEMBERIKAN PENJELASAN PROSES SEWING
3. REVIEW SAMPLE YANG SUDAH SELESAI JAHIT DAN COMMENT SUDAH DIAPLIKASIKAN SEBELUM KIRIM SAMPLE KE BUYER
4. MENCARI SOLUSI PROSES SEWING YANG MUNGKIN LEBIH EFEKTIF UNTUK BULK PRODUKSI
5. MEETING DENGAN BUYER/PERANCANG DAN BERSAMA MEMBERIKAN PENJELASAN KEPADA TEAM PATTERN DAN SEWING DENGAN BENAR

·        Melaksanakan demo-plot, farmers & big farmers meeting, farm field day, dan expo

·        Melakukan mapping kompetitor di area kerja

·        Menyusun dan mengajukan strategi & rencana kerja pemasaran maupun produk

·        Melakukan evaluasi program dan strategi

·        Menjalin komunikasi intensif dan koordinasi berkala dengan distributor, R1 & R2

·        Menyusun laporan bulanan untuk disampaikan kepada atasan

1. Lulusan Sarjana Pertanian
2. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 4 tahun di bidangnya
3. Sanggup bekerja dibawah tekanan dan berdasarkan target

Tasks & responsibilities

• Oversee the management of clients' tax obligations, including VAT, Corporate Income Tax, and Withholding Taxes (Articles 21/23/25), ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Ensure the accurate and timely preparation and submission of clients' tax reports.
• Assist clients in resolving tax-related issues, including tax audits, disputes, or appeals.
• Prepare clients' financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (PSAK or IFRS).
• Perform financial reconciliations to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Guide and supervise the performance of junior accounting staff within the team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Conduct training sessions for the team on the latest tax regulations and accounting practices.
• Review changes in tax regulations and develop relevant internal policies.
