Financial Planning and Analyst will own the financial planning, budgeting and forecasting process at a company to inform major decisions made by the executive team and board of directors. The candidate will collect, prepare and analyze financial data from across the organization to create reports that provide data-driven answers to business questions.

An FP&A professional should be a business partner for the entire organization, working closely with various business units, and a strategic advisor to the CFO function. These professionals help leaders of the finance department maintain and mitigate additional costs by identifying opportunities for efficiency, savings and investment.

The ideal candidate possesses leadership capabilities, solid operational and have adequate cost-accounting background and works proactively to drive results. This person is a self-starter, flexible, has a high level of integrity and is action and goal-oriented in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform budgeting and rolling forecasting the company’s future financial performance that aligns with the company’s strategic plan that sets high-level targets (revenue, net income, core strategic initiatives, etc.). The rolling forecast including forecast of the company’s performance and its direct result to the financial statements (i.e. Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, and Statement of Cash Flow)
Creating custom financial models to support the budget and forecast that account for trends within the business and in the broader industry and economy that may affect revenue and profit
Perform various financial stress tests / scenarios (e.g. for new line of business or to seek efficiency within the existing business process) to provide timely, accurate and actionable recommendations to senior management.
Responsible for putting together board reports and management reports such as variance analysis reports, which track budget vs. actual spend by department, including collecting data from different departments, verifying and consolidating that information.
Proactively maintain and monitor key financial indicators—like debt-to-equity ratio and current ratio.
Perform analysis to the financial statements to understand which product lines or services have the highest profit margin or contribute the most to net profit. This task includes breaking down the cost and revenue or profit generated by each department within the company.
Perform assessment for the return of the business’s investments with its working capital and finding new investment opportunities
Provide Ad-hoc reports related to the company or business unit performance to internal and external parties as needed.

A Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 5 years of working experience, with a minimum of 3 years as manager experience
Have a background in accounting or advisory firm
Have experience in financial industry and having knowledge in cost accounting
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and math
Strong problem solving skills and willingness to perform direct work to get the job done
Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams
Excellent business reporting and communication skills
Strong business partnering skills. Business partnering skills include the ability to work well with others and understand their business priorities and goals, build a deep knowledge of the company and its processes, and turn droves of information into easily understood reports.

As a Complaint Management Support, you will be essential in addressing customer grievances and ensuring their concerns are handled efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming customer complaints through various channels, ensuring a prompt response and resolution.
Analyze complaints to identify common themes or trends and relay this information to relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper investigation and resolution of complaints.
Document all interactions related to complaints in the complaint management system.
Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their complaints and any actions taken.
Assist in the preparation of reports on complaint metrics and insights to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in training sessions to improve complaint management processes and enhance team capabilities.
Contribute to developing best practices for complaint handling and customer engagement.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in customer service, complaint management, or related roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Strong analytical skills to assess complaint data and identify areas for improvement.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work collaboratively in a team while being proactive and self-motivated.
Fluency in Indonesian and good command of English is required.
Capable of handling difficult customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
