This position is mainly responsible to create, develop and close business and sales opportunities with the goal to continuously increase PT. Indodev Niaga Internet’s annual revenues and market share in Indonesia. Creating to closing a business opportunity includes analyzing the client's business operations and goals, and determining the best way to meet their needs in a timely and satisfactory manner. Being an Account Manager also means to develop an ongoing business relationship with our customers’ managers, or supervisors through all stages: pre-sales, during implementation, and maintenance to keep them satisfied. Account Manager shall also help in resolving any issues that might occur during the project and support there after.

1.   Melakukan koordinasi dalam penerimaan dan pengeluaran barang/perangkat serta perpindahan dengan User terkait.

2.   Melakukan koordinasi berkala dengan tim inventory kantor Pusat.

3.   Melakukan pendataan atas penerimaan, pengeluaran dan perpindahan barang/perangkat

4.   Mengelola dan memantau keamanan stock barang atau perangkat

5.   Mengelola dan mengendalikan persediaan barang/perangkat fisik dengan stock dan data riil.

6.   Mengelola sistem penyimpanan Barang/Perangkat dengan efektif. 

7.   Mengajukan permintaan permintaan Barang, Perangkat, Tools yang berkelanjutan sebagai penunjang Operasional di kantor maupun dilapangan.

8.   Melakukan stock opname berkala bulanan pada gudang site dan memberikan pelaporan kepada inventory pusat. ( cabang )

9.   Melakukan stock opname berkala bulanan pada gudang penyimpanan dan memberikan pelaporan kepada Head Of Division. ( Pusat )

Responsible to identify and define detailed functional specifications based on the business requirements document or user stories.

Analyse and propose the “to-be” business and operation processes based on the agreed requirements and / or function points, perform impact assessment and estimation.

Convey functional and non-functional requirements to System Analysts to ensure clear and complete understanding of requirements.

Work closely with Technology to ensure proposed solution aligns with requirements.

Monitor and manage risks /issues related to requirements and scope-creep.

Assist in translating business requirements into test scenarios.

Experience in Business Analysis. 5-8 years

Experience in Corporate Payments/Transaction monitoring

KYC / CDD / Account opening procedures.

Pricing and Billing

Experience in analysis and implementation – identifying operational and technological impact, to ensure alignment between solution and business requirements.

Understanding of Technology but no need to have coding experience.
