PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Support on-site staffs in giving the recommendation and good solution on any building operational problem that has occurred.
• Implement the policy and procedures and give recommendations and good solutions on any operational issues that occurred during on-site visit.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility(s) or campus including janitorial, security & safety, engineering and general maintenance and helps to ensure these are carried out in a manner consistent with C&W policies and ownership directives. This includes assisting with the management of contracts and vendors
• Analyze building conditions and assigned building management resources and prepare reports setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations and conclusions; advise other administrative officials regarding building conditions and utilization as affected by repair/maintenance/enhancement activities.
• Developing and implementing recommendations to position the Property at its highest and best use. Preparing and presenting periodic valuations of the Property, including yield and/or rate of return analysis and five to ten years cash flow projections.
• Prepare and update plans for response to and recovery from emergency and disaster conditions in connection to the assigned project(s); lead and participate in implementation of emergency plans in appropriate situations.
• Update the benchmarking of building management information, such as service charge, rental fee, fitting out charge, overtime charge, etc.
• Ensure that the building safety, security, and healthy environment are functioned appropriately.
• Manage Schedule and coordinate meetings/special events as requested
• Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the company

Mengelola kegiatan pemantauan, pengawasan, pemastian dan pendokumentasian semua aspek yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan penyediaan obat dan pemantauan lingkungan berjalan sesuai dengan memenuhi ketentuan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB), Cara Pembuatan Obat Tradisional yang Baik (CPOTB), Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP), standar Keselamatan, Kesehatan Kerja dan Lingkungan (K3L) serta standar / peraturan terkait lainnya.

1. Membuat dan menganalisa laporan keuangan untuk management review.
2. Control budget operasional dan CAPEX perusahaan.
3. Membuat ekualisasi Pajak PPh 21, 23/26, 4 (2) dan PPn.
4. Membuat, mereview dan melaporkan PPh badan.
5. Melakukan verifikasi dan control dokumen terhadap seluruh transaksi di Perusahaan sesuai dengan prinsip akuntansi dan peraturan perpajakan yang berlaku.
6. Membuat laporan budget setiap tahun.
7. Memeriksa dan memastikan ketersediaan dana operasional perusahaan.

Pendidikan min D3 (Diutamakan S1)

Usia max 35 tahun

Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 (dua) tahun sebagai AO di lembaga pembiayaan mikro 

Memiliki kemampuan sales, analisa dan maintain pembiayaan

Memiliki integritas, target oriented dan memiliki inisiatif yang tinggi

Menyukai pekerjaan lapangan dan memiliki SIM C
