Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to assess compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks in the workplace.
• Create and deliver safety training programs for employees to promote safety awareness and compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of safety incidents and prepare reports for management review.
• Collaborate with various departments to foster a culture of safety and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and safety best practices to ensure Company inc's policies are current and effective.

• Bachelor's degree in safety management, environmental health, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Safety Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the accounting industry.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey safety information.
• Ability to conduct training sessions and presentations on safety practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate risks and implement solutions.
• Certification in safety management, such as OSHA or equivalent, is preferred.
