About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Estimator Lead to oversee and drive our estimating operations. 1.   Melakukan koordinasi dalam penerimaan dan pengeluaran barang/perangkat serta perpindahan dengan User terkait.

2.   Melakukan koordinasi berkala dengan tim inventory kantor Pusat.

3.   Melakukan pendataan atas penerimaan, pengeluaran dan perpindahan barang/perangkat

4.   Mengelola dan memantau keamanan stock barang atau perangkat

5.   Mengelola dan mengendalikan persediaan barang/perangkat fisik dengan stock dan data riil.

6.   Mengelola sistem penyimpanan Barang/Perangkat dengan efektif. 

7.   Mengajukan permintaan permintaan Barang, Perangkat, Tools yang berkelanjutan sebagai penunjang Operasional di kantor maupun dilapangan.

8.   Melakukan stock opname berkala bulanan pada gudang site dan memberikan pelaporan kepada inventory pusat. ( cabang )

9.   Melakukan stock opname berkala bulanan pada gudang penyimpanan dan memberikan pelaporan kepada Head Of Division. ( Pusat )

1. Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK Sederajat
2. Memiliki kemampuan Bahasa Mandarin atau Bahasa Inggris lebih diutamakan
3. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun
4. Memiliki kemampuan perencanaan dan berpikir kritis
5. Memahami konsep production planning dan production control

You will play a crucial part in ensuring that guests have a flawless experience while upholding the health and safety protocols essential in the hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities

• Recommend hotel’s key drivers to leaders when establishing Tiger Team charters through quality GSI and Hotsos data analysis.
• Facilitate Tiger Teams meeting so that the team’s direction for improvement is aligned with hotel’s key drivers.
• Collaborate with leaders to create an initiative and execute process improvement based on operation needs or GSI data or Hotsos data.
• Facilitate departments in Performance Excellence Planning (PEP) development, assist and provide feedback through data analysis, root cause analysis and action plan formulation.
• Provide assistance to Director of Quality in a form of data analysis, planning, recommendation, initiative, and problem solving or project execution.
• Supervise Quality administrator.
• Ensure the team’s daily activity runs smoothly.
• Participate and contributing to the resort sustainability program through education, interaction and suggestion

• Bachelor degree of tourism/hospitality or equivalent
• Two (2) years experience as a Quality Manager in a 5 star hotel or luxury hotel or resort
• Has a background as an auditor or trainer in a company with ISO 9001 certified or Six Sigma or TQM (Total Quality Management) or equivalent system
• Understand project management
• Computer literate especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Writing and speaking English fluently

Memastikan semua prosedur kerja Laboratorium, Incoming, Pest Control, IPAL, WTP dan Kalibrasi dapat berjalan dengan baik, terkontrolm terkendali sesuai dengan prosedur keamanan pangan.
