Supervisor Accounting

Kualifikasi

·          Sarjana Akuntansi atau Pajak.

·          Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang Pajak (lebih disukai di Konsultan Pajak) dengan level supervisi.

·          Memiliki pengetahuan mendalam tentang aplikasi Pajak (e-SPT, e-Faktur, e-Butpot, Coretax) dan regulasi Pajak.

·          Memiliki Brevet A, B, & C.

·          Kemampuan untuk menangani kegiatan kepatuhan pajak tahunan dan bulanan.

·          Memahami proses audit pajak dan litigasi pajak.

·          Kemampuan analisis yang baik,

·          pemikir logis, dan pemecah masalah.

·          Menguasai Ms. Excel, Word, dan perangkat lunak akuntansi (Accurate) ·       Fasih berbahasa

• Mengawasi pembuatan laporan produksi yang meliputi laporan absensi, pemakaian bahan baku, hasil produksi dan jam berhenti (stoppage) tiap – tiap mesin.

Some of your duties will include:

The Supervisor Scaffolding will oversee and ensure the safe and efficient erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures for the Process Expansion Project in a mineral processing plant. This includes coordinating with engineering, construction, and safety teams to meet project schedules and safety standards. The role also involves leading a team of scaffolding workers to execute tasks aligned with project specifications and regulatory requirements.

§  Interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and project specifications to develop scaffolding requirements.

§ Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment for scaffolding works.

§ Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to integrate scaffolding activities into the project timeline.

§ Supervise and manage scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling on-site; Conduct routine inspections to ensure structural stability, compliance, and quality; Provide technical guidance to scaffolding teams to address challenges during installation or modifications.

§ Enforce strict adherence to company and regulatory safety standards (e.g., OSHA, local mining regulations); Identify and mitigate potential hazards related to scaffolding activities; Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for scaffolding teams.

§ Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of scaffolding inspections, incident reports, and safety audits; Prepare daily progress reports and submit them to the Construction Manager; Ensure inventory of scaffolding materials and equipment is well-maintained and documented.

§ Train workers in scaffolding techniques, safety practices, and the proper use of tools.

§ Foster a collaborative and productive work environment among scaffolding crews.

Some of your duties will include:

·        Supervising, designing and calculations, maintaining, implementing, or improving electrical instruments, facilities, components, equipment products, or systems for industrial, commercial, or domestic purposes.

·        Supervising, controlling and monitoring the installation and operations conform to standards and technical requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications and technical drawings.

·        Performing a wide range of engineering tasks by operating computer-assisted design or engineering software and equipment.

·        Conferring with other functions, engineers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering products or projects.

·        Establishing construction, manufacturing, or installation standards or specifications by performing a wide range of detailed calculations.

·        Ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, or technical requirements by directing or coordinating installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support, or testing activities.

·        Inspect completed work for conformance with requirements of local building and safety codes

·        Supervise with scheduling major electrical projects from ordering parts to performing the work in a timely and cost-effectengineeive manner.

·        Investigate component failures, communicating results to Operations and Associates to aid in increased levels of safe production

·        Supervise with electrical and mechanical projects, installations, and shutdowns.

·        Supervise in developing and maintaining a preventative and predictive maintenance program

·        Maintain effective communication with plant operational personnel, maintenance, and supervision

·        Help with all other plant maintenance as needed

·        Writing reports and compiling data regarding existing and potential electrical engineering projects and studies.

·        Preparing specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials.

·        Estimating material, labor, or construction costs for budget preparation.

·        Maintaining electrical equipment and following approved company procedures plan, schedule, control and completely document all work performed on the plant DCS system and distributed PLC’s including troubleshooting and configurations changes.

·        Monitor and assist in the planning of daily and future scheduled plant repairs, included assist to work of Instrumentation and control and DCS personnel to ensure the are working in a safe and efficient manner while following approved company procedures.

·        Working with a variety of technicians.

·        Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions consistent with extreme heat, cold, wetness, dryness, dust, and noisy conditions.
