MidPlaza Holding is looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Assistant Manager of Tax to join our Corporate Office in Jakarta. The ideal candidate will support the tax department in managing tax compliance, audits, and transactions, ensuring alignment with regulations and internal policies. This role will involve collaborating with various departments to ensure effective tax planning and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and filing tax returns in compliance with local tax laws.
• Conduct tax research and analysis to identify tax savings opportunities.
• Prepare tax provision calculations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Supervise and mentor tax staff and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinate and liaise with tax authorities during audits and inquiries.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and implement necessary changes within the organization.
• Assist in developing tax strategies and policies that align with business goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tax compliance or consulting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Certified Brevet A and B is required.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using tax software and MS Office applications.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

Tugas utama sales consultant adalah meningkatkan penjualan dan pemasaran. Dalam menjalankan tugasnya, seorang sales harus berlatih sales representative menggunakan sales software, meningkatkan product knowledge, dan membantu perusahaan memahami pasar dan kompetisi. 1. Menjual produk atau layanan

2. Memberikan informasi atau penjelasan produk

- Profesi sales consultant juga bertugas dalam menyampaikan informasi mengenai suatu produk yang akan dijual secara detail.

3. Mencari pelanggan

- Selain itu, sales juga biasanya ditugaskan untuk mendapatkan pelanggan atau konsumen baru yang potensial untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Mereka akan melakukan pertemuan dengan klien di kantor perusahaan sendiri atau mengunjungi lokasi di mana klien berada.

- Seorang sales juga membantu mempromosikan suatu produk tertentu yang ditawarkan. Baik melakukan promosi digital maupun secara langsung. Saat melakukan promosi produk agar konsumen dapat tertarik dengan produk yang ditawarkan, biasanya menjelaskan keuntungan dan promo yang menarik.

7. Membantu dalam setiap dokumentasi yang diperlukan untuk proses pesanan pekerjaan

KUALIFIKASI :

• Usia maksimal 35
• Lulusan SMK/D3/S1 di bidang Penjualan, Komunikasi Pemasaran, Bisnis, IT, atau bidang terkait lainnya
• Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang Sales Counter
• Memiliki pengalaman dibidang IT/ Sistem/ Aplikasi/ Fintech merupakan nilai tambah
• Memiliki minat dan ketertarikan pada bidang IT, Gaming, atau Teknologi

• Experience in selling into multiple different markets across the APAC region
• Familiar with sales processes and CRM reporting.
• You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You enjoy pitching, are eloquent and able to think (and speak) on your feet.
