Opportunity

As a full-time on-site Brand Experience Specialist located in Jakarta, you lead the charge in delivering exceptional offline and retail customer experiences. This role combines strategic vision and hands-on execution to create immersive brand activations and seamless retail store experiences, ensuring our customers engage with the brand in meaningful and memorable ways.

Responsibilities

1. Offline Activations & Brand Engagement:

• Plan and execute offline activations, including events, pop-ups, and product showcases.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align activations with overarching brand campaigns.
• Develop engaging in-store and activation experiences that resonate with target audiences.
• Monitor trends and competitors to propose innovative experiential strategies.

2. Retail Operations

• Oversee the setup and management of retail stores, ensuring they reflect the brand’s values and identity.
• Develop store layouts, customer flows, and visual merchandising strategies to enhance the retail experience.
• Train in-store teams to deliver exceptional customer interactions and represent the brand effectively.
• Track retail KPIs, including foot traffic, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.

3. Brand Consistency & Experience:

• Ensure consistent customer experiences across all touchpoints, including retail stores, activations, and events.
• Work with the design and marketing teams to ensure visuals and messaging are on-brand.
• Implement feedback loops to continuously improve activations and in-store experiences based on customer insights.

4. Collaboration & Reporting:

• Partner with the sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on promotional and experiential efforts.
• Coordinate logistics, budgets, and timelines for events and retail campaigns.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of offline campaigns and retail initiatives.
• Use customer feedback and data to refine future activations and in-store strategies.

• 3-5 years of proven experience in brand experience, event management, or retail operations.
• Proven track record of executing successful offline campaigns and managing retail spaces.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of customer experience principles and retail best practices.
• Creative thinker with a passion for creating unique and memorable brand moments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in consumer electronics or smart home industries is a plus.

As a full-time on-site Social Media Manager located in Jakarta, you will be responsible for managing BIOTA’s social media presence and creating social media content to build brand awareness and engagement. You’ll play a key role in establishing BIOTA as a major brand and help support our social media community to achieve our big goals.

We’re looking for a creative and strategic storyteller who is excited to build BIOTA’s social media presence in this space and help us drive cultural connections with the brand within the market. We are looking for someone who has the ability to not only strategize but also produce social content, including being on-screen for videos and live content, to support our strategy. You must have design skills and experience creating static, text, video, and visual content across social media platforms. Comfort with on-camera work and content creation is essential, as you’ll also act as a content creator representing the brand.

Responsibilities

• Come up with innovative and creative solutions to position BIOTA as a thought leader in technology.
• Support with the development of our social media content calendar; develop and create content to support marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Act as a content creator, including being on-screen in videos and live content. Candidates should be comfortable in front of the camera and willing to create engaging, on-screen content to connect with our audience.
• Get hands-on with content creation (copy, statics, video) across our social media channels.
• Be a brand guardian for our social media content across all channels, ensuring we establish a strong tone of voice and represent our values.
• Interact and engage with our community on our social media channels.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to produce high-quality visuals and campaigns.
• Analyze performance using tools like Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics to improve reach and engagement.
• Monitor social media trends and the competitive landscape to create strategic decisions for Canva’s brand in the local market.
• Stay updated on platform trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize strategies.
• Partner with influencers and content creators to expand brand reach and credibility.

• 2-4 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the consumer electronics or technology industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and audience behavior.
• Experience in social media content strategy, execution, and content creation, including being on-screen for videos and live content.
• A creative thinker with hands-on experience creating content for brands with basic video editing skills.
• Experience with social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Google Suite, Google Analytics, Looker)
• Excellent written, visual and verbal communication skills, the ability to manage complex and competing priorities
• Expert knowledge of all social media networks, and how best to leverage them.

As a Associate Manager, Credit, you will be responsible for handling credit cases (preferably the complicated one) from beginning to the end. Associate Manager, Credit is also responsible to assist the Credit Manager/AVP for other tasks as well, whether it is related to credit or even beyond that. Furthermore, he/she is also responsible for mentoring Junior credit analysts, as they prepare to embark further in their career to managing people.

What you will do:

• Evaluating customer’s data and financial documents to determine the degree of risk involved to reduce the risk of customer disputes
• Conduct document and information checking and verification as part of credit assessment processes,
• Prepare spreadsheets and detailed written reports to be presented to the loan committee,
• Identification and provide mitigation actions of all risks entailed,
• Provide professional opinions and/or recommendations to Credit Committee regarding customers’ financial credit status referring to credit policy and guidelines
• Track loan covenants to ensure compliance & complete other duties as assigned.

• Having minimum 5 years working experience as a Credit Analyst and/or Relationship Manager for Lending Business (SME/Commercial segment) in banking and/or relevant lending industry regulated by OJK.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent understanding in business financial statements, analytical skills, and mindset,
• Detail oriented, have a strong verification and critical thinking skills,
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and positive attitude with team members and clients,
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders and peers in effective written and verbal communication skills both in Bahasa & English.
