We are looking for IT Staff who will ;

·      Assisting in troubleshoot employee’s laptop or other IT’s assets issue both hardware and software for all Staff including all Ships.

·      To assist preparing new/replacement laptop or other IT requirements for the office for all for all Staff including all Ships

·      Managing existing IT’s company assets.

o  Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, printers, and other peripherals (NAS, CCTV and Network devices)

o  Monitor and maintain antivirus and endpoint protection systems.

o  Maintain Microsoft Outlook for company emails

·      To assist in monitoring Crewing Management System.

·      To assist in company’s promotional items.             

o  Create graphics, layouts, and branding materials for internal or external use.

o  Collaborate with other departments to design user-friendly interfaces or presentations.

·      As a runner for IT’s purchasing / maintenance matter.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Menjawab panggilan telepon dan email dari pelanggan

2. Membantu pelanggan dengan pertanyaan tentang produk, status pesanan, dan pertanyaan umum lainnya

3. Menyelesaikan keluhan dan masalah pelanggan dengan cepat dan profesional

4. Mempertahankan sikap positif, empatik, dan profesional terhadap pelanggan

5. Memproses pesanan, pengembalian, dan penukaran dengan akurat

6. Menyimpan catatan rinci tentang interaksi dan transaksi pelanggan

7. Bekerja sama dengan anggota tim untuk memberikan layanan pelanggan yang luar biasa

8. Mengikuti kebijakan dan prosedur perusahaan

• Delivers excellent service, meticulously coordinates reservation (system-based) and manages guests' account and information
• Handles and records guest comments and complaints, may refer issues to Manager when necessary, and relay guests' messages to respective divisions promptly
• Perform night audit reporting
• Provides any tourism information related to apartment's surroundings
• Perform any other duties as required and directed by the Guest Services Manager or Management

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests by handling inquiries, requests, and reservations over the phone and through other communication channels. This role involves addressing guest concerns, offering information about hotel amenities and services, and ensuring a positive guest experience from check-in to check-out. The Associate will manage booking systems, process transactions, and coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering excellent service are essential. Experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.

The position will be responsible in managing credit card portfolio with analytic review on credit card portfolio, including credit card profitability. It also responsible to profile CC customer and analyze which portfolio program are the most effective and suitable, based on each profile segment in order to increase both active rate and revolver balance. And in the purpose to maintain healthy portfolio, it also responsible to determine what action need to take, to reduce unprofitable and high risk account, including effective method in reduce dormant account.
