• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with other engineering squads, QA, and product teams to understand challenges, share insights, and implement solutions effectively.
• Mentor and Support Teams: Share expertise with other engineers, contributing to skill development and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Drive Innovation: Research and implement cutting-edge tools, technologies, or methodologies that enhance McEasy’s engineering capabilities.
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create detailed documentation of solutions, processes, and learnings to ensure knowledge is retained and shared across the organization.
• Monitor and Optimize Performance: Continuously evaluate and optimize the performance, reliability, and scalability of McEasy’s systems and solutions.

• This is a contract role for a Senior Architect located in Jakarta, Indonesia.
• The Senior Architect will be responsible for supporting the principal architects during design stage, overseeing the submittal process, managing projects, and utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM).
• The Senior Architect will also oversee projects during construction stage and ensure adherence to specific architectural standards and codes.

1. Be the escalation point for any technical difficulties for the Engineering Team
2. Develop high-quality software design and architecture
3. Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code
4. Perform peer code review and provide guidance
5. Support and develop software engineers by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities
6. Make informed decisions quickly and taking ownership of services and applications at scale
7. Be a persistent, creative problem solver
8. Remain cool and effective in a crisis
9. Review and debug code

Requirements:

• Candidate possess at least Bachelor's Degree
• At least 3 years experience in Architecture industry
• Competent Revit Architecture user (please update your "Skills" & "About Me" section to include this) – non user will not be considered
• Able to speak and write in English
• Rendering skill is a plus
