The Specialized Sales Manager and Account Executive will play an essential role in managing, developing and growing Visa’s business with our Tier-3 clients in targeted regions. In this role, you will be the primary contact for small institutions, addressing inquiries, solving problems and freeing up resources from country-specific sales and functional areas to nurture and expand business with key clients and stakeholders. • Engaging design and relevant visual content for social media & e-commerce platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tokopedia, Shopee, etc).
• Adjust designs to fit the size and specifications recommended by each platform.
• Follow the latest design trends to ensure content remains fresh and innovative, but in line with brand guidelines.
• Optimize designs to look appealing on both mobile and desktop devices.
• Edit videos from existing master materials, including clip cutting, sequencing, adding visual effects, transitions, and audio.
• Add graphic elements such as text, logos, and graphics to enrich the visuals and the information presented in the video.
• Design posters for events, promotions, and other marketing materials, considering effective composition and visual aesthetics.
• Use graphic design principles to create posters that are visually appealing, easy to read, and clearly convey the message.
• Ensure consistency in design elements (fonts, colors, logos, etc.) in line with existing brand guidelines.

As a Digital Marketing Intern , you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively addressing and resolving complaints. This position involves close collaboration with various teams to enhance the overall customer experience and drive improvements in service delivery.
