We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HRBP Manager to join our team at Sampoerna University. As an integral part of our Human Resources department, you will partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business success while fostering a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals and objectives
