Responsibilities:

• Lead the culinary team in the preparation and presentation of dishes that align with our brand standards.
• Develop and innovate menu items that cater to a diverse clientele while maintaining seasonal and local influences.
• Manage inventory, food costs, and kitchen budgets to optimize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to promote menu offerings and enhance guest experiences.
• Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a culinary leadership role, preferably in a bustling All Day Dining environment.

• Proven ability to develop creative and delicious menu items.
• Excellent management skills with the ability to lead a diverse team.
• Experience in inventory management and cost control.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments while maintaining quality standards.
• Degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred.
