Dalam peran ini, Anda akan memainkan peran kunci dalam mengelola dan mengawasi seluruh proses akuntansi perusahaan, memastikan akurasi dan kepatuhan keuangan.

Tugas Umum

• Penyiapan laporan keuangan pajak dan laporan keuangan komersil
• Pengisian data-data e-Proc
• Penyiapan data-data audit perusahaan
• Penyiapan data-data keuangan yang diperlukan dalam tender

• Membuat invoice penjualan
• Melakukan pengecekan dan Folow up penerimaan yang tidak sesuai pengiriman
• Melakukan pengiriman invoice ke customer
• Melakukan receipt atas invoice
• Melakukan pengecekan OS piutang usaha

• Have the entire information and understanding of the business performance (full P&L up to Net Margin))

• Be a business partner to all functions in the platform, such as: Commercial, Execution, Finance and Industrial

• Actively engage with platform providing relevant data, valuable analysis and advice that support the business

• Provide weekly/monthly financial inputs and analysis to the stakeholders

• Be part of the SOP process according to the business needs/requirements, delivering all the necessary figures and analysis

• Actively involve and understand overall platform budget process and numbers (commercial margin to gross margin level).

• Related to accounting and tax area assisting to ensure the business comply with current regulation and accounting standards

• Keep local SOP/matrix updating and assisting to provide a clear and insights to the business/platform
