• Perform risk assessments across functional areas related to finance and maintain operational risk.
• Participate in the development of systems to facilitate risk monitoring and improvement, ensuring alignment with the Group's targets and objectives.
• Assist in the development and implementation of finance compliance plans and programs.
• Collaborate in creating strategic plans to achieve financial compliance targets and ensure effective operations.
• Prepare reports for top-level management based on internal finance compliance reviews.
• Identify shortfalls in finance policies and processes, assess their effectiveness, and recommend changes as necessary.
• Maintain internal financial procedures to keep staff updated on modifications to existing compliance protocols, tax regulations, applicable laws, and industry standards.
• Coordinate and conduct finance compliance programs and projects as assigned.
• Prepare Finance Compliance Working Papers and Reports in a timely manner.
• Escalate significant findings or issues to the Compliance Leader.
• Monitor, review, and analyze deficiencies and irregularities in financial practices, proposing effective solutions.
• Inform and update executives, peers, and subordinates on relevant finance compliance information promptly.
• Submit finance compliance reports in a timely manner to meet delivery deadlines.
• Achieve and exceed goals regarding KPIs, budgets, and team objectives.
• Ensure high quality and reliable Finance Compliance Working Papers and Reports:
- All information must be accurate, valid, and based on actual conditions.
- Working papers are to be informative, neat, free of administrative errors, and well-organized.
- Document the company’s financial compliance activities to demonstrate adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
• Leverage technology effectively to generate finance compliance reports and provide management with analytical support for decision-making.
• Assist the Compliance Leader in fostering relationships with all organizational members to obtain client/customer satisfaction.
1. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Experience in a Public Accounting Firm or related finance compliance role is preferred.
3. Maximum 25 years old and based in Bali.
4. Proficient in English and Bahasa (written and oral).
5. Basic knowledge of taxation, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Motivated to grow and enhance capabilities within oneself and others.
8. Appreciation for working within multi-cultural teams and diverse educational backgrounds.
