1. Overseeing daily transactions including account payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations.
2. Preparing budget report and forecast revenue.
3. Preparing Accounting and Financial report.
4. Monitoring the daily performance of accounting department.
5. Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives.
6. Organize financial and maintain update records.
7. Ensure the aging payable & receivable in accordance with the companies targets.
8. Establish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with company target.
9. Experience to develop ERP.

Kualifikasi :

• Pendidikan Minimal D III Akuntansi
• Usia Maksimum 40 tahun
• Pengalaman Finance minimal 5 tahun
• Pernah bekerja di perusahaan manufacturing ( Prefer Otomotif)

Jobdesc:

- Analisa laporan Laba Rugi, Neraca dan arus kas.

- Cek dan koreksi AR AP

- Cek dan koreksi pph ppn bulanan

- Buat koreksi fiskal ketika buat SPT tahunan.

- Berpengalaman membuat Business Plan

- Berpengalaman buat laporan Simodis

- Berpengalaman buat laporan BI ULN dan LLD

1. Bertanggung jawab untuk menjual tabungan serta memproses aplikasi
2. Bertanggung jawab untuk menjual deposito serta memproses aplikasi

·        Handle benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations accurately and promptly to the Insurance provider and BPJS Kesehatan.

·        Assist employees with benefits-related issues and questions, providing excellent customer service

·        Manage and process claims and invoices and resolve administrative problems with insurance providers.

·        Conduct presentations, enrollments, and educational sessions to inform employees about their benefits.

·        Evaluate benefits plans, programs, and policies to recommend changes and improvements.

·        Perform regular audits of benefits data to ensure accuracy and compliance

·        Ensure that all benefits programs comply with legal requirements.
